Description of the Requirement:

The Litigation Management and Resolution Branch requires the services of two procurement specialists to assist with planned and anticipated Requests for Standing Offers over the next three years. The first RFSO will be posted in the Fall of 2015, and LMRB requires fairness monitoring and bid evaluation support services to assist with the completion of this process, along with support in answering questions from potential bidders.  Support for developing RFSO criteria and bid evaluation support and fairness monitoring is expected for two further RFSO processes in future years.

The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 115 days.
