Nature of Requirements: Open Air Utility Terrain Vehicle (UTV) 

To supply, deliver and provide service, as required for two (2) new (most current model year available) Open Air 4 x 4 Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTV) to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, to be delivered to Regina, Saskatchewan, in accordance with the requirements specifications, terms and conditions detailed in the Request for Proposal.  

Delivery Date:  Delivery is requested within six (6) weeks from award of contract; however vendors are encouraged to provide a best delivery date at the time of bidding.

Security Requirement:   

There is no security requirement associated with the requirement

Evaluation Procedures:  

Bids will be assessed in accordance with the entire requirement of the bid solicitation including the technical and financial criteria. An evaluation team composed of representatives of Canada will evaluate the bids.

Basis of Selection:

A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical criteria to be declared responsive.  The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
