The project is located at Bellevue House NHSC, located in Kingston, ON.  The scope of work includes the removal of the existing aged HVAC components and installation of a new HVAC system as per the specifications and drawings found in the tender package.  

Site Meeting:
There will be a site visit on Monday, September 28, 2015 at 11:00am. Bidders are asked to meet at Bellevue Hose NHS, located at 35 Centre St. Kingston, ON.  

The contractor shall complete the work by December 31, 2015.  The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following cost category: $300,000 to $500,000 (HST extra).
