In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from architectural / engineering consulting firms to provide

“as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements at CFB Suffield, Alberta.

Maximum estimated value of this SOA is $300,000.00, for a period of two (2) years from the date of establishment, with possible extension for up to two (2) additional one (1) year period and increased in the order of $150,000.00, if deemed necessary, for each additional period.

Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposals. The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as technical and managerial expertise. The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals is to select the proponent with the highest total score.

This opportunity follows procurement procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.
