PEI National Park - Green Gables – Replacement of Heat Pumps

Description of Work: Work of this contract comprises the removal of 10 existing heat pumps and replace them with units of similar size and configuration and the installation of a new complete Building Management System (BMS) controlling newly installed equipment with wireless communication between multiple buildings that are on site complete with touchscreen control and remote login capability.

Optional Site Visit:

THERE WILL BE AN OPTIONAL SITE VISIT ON: October 8th, 2015 @ 1:00 PM. (ADT)

It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at the Green Gables Heritage Place located at 8619 (Route 6) Cavendish Rd, Cavendish, PE C0A 1M0

Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders who do not attend or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.

Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders . Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.
Standard Terms and Conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference into, and form part of the Tender and Contract Documents.

Delivery Date: The Work must be completed on or before March 31, 2016.
