Description
Royal Canadian Mounted Police For the supply and install of Two (2) new truck caps and accessories to The Royal Canadian Mounted Police Forensic Identification Building located at 171 MacBeath Avenue, Moncton, New Brunswick, E1C 6Z9.
The requirement must meet or exceed all components identified in Annex A – Mandatory Requirement to be deemed compliant.
The Vendor must be located within thegreater Moncton area, within 50 km of the The Royal Canadian Mounted Police Forensic Identification Building located at 171 MacBeath Avenue, Moncton, NB.
INQUIRIES: All inquiries of a technical nature and all questions of a contractual nature are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority: Jeff Lockyer, jeff.lockyer@rcmp-grc.gc.ca, facsimile: (902) 426-7136.
Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond. Inquiries made via telephone will not be responded to.
Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain tender documents through the Public Works and Government Services (PWGSC) Buy and Sell website. Amendments, if issued, will be available from the PWGSC Buy and Sell website. Firms that elect to base their bids on tender documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely responsible to inform the tender calling authority of their intention to bid.
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
This procurement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
