Description
The CSA Audit and Evaluation Directorate is requesting the services of a consulting firm for the evaluation of the Earth Observation (EO) Business Line as per the CSA’s Five-Year departmental evaluation plan and in accordance with the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat’s Policy on Evaluation (2009). The evaluation project will focus on the five core issues identified in the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat’s Directive on the Evaluation Function (2009), which includes issues of relevance and performance (effectiveness, efficiency and economy), and may as well cover the Earth Observation Business Line’s design and delivery, upon management’s informational needs.
