Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals for Engineering Consulting Services: MD153006, Conduct Low Voltage Distribution Arc Flash Study – SOA, CFB Suffield, Alberta

In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from engineering consulting firms to provide the following professional services: to provide “as and when required basis” services to conduct a comprehensive arc flash study on the existing low voltage electrical distribution systems at CFB Suffield, Alberta.

Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposals. The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as technical and managerial expertise. The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals is to select the proponent with the highest total score.

This opportunity follows procurement procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.

The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.

The estimated cost of these services is in the order of magnitude of $400,000.
