Defence Construction Canada – Abbreviated Proposals for Consulting Services – Berthing Infrastructure Study for the Canadian Surface Combatant (CSC) Program, Esquimalt, BC and Halifax, NS.

Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from consulting firms to provide professional services specific to this Department of National Defence (DND) project, which will be located at CFB Esquimalt, BC and CFB Halifax, NS.

The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposal (RFAP) is to select a Consultant, who will complete a Study to investigate and report on the potential Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) costs of expanding and/or modifying the existing berthing infrastructure at CFB Esquimalt and CFB Halifax.

The contract Budget Amount to be established for this Agreement will be $500,000.

This opportunity follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.

Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposal document. The criteria relate to achievements and experience, technical and managerial expertise, and consultant coordination. The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals is to select the proponent with the highest total score.
