This Bid Solicitation is issued against the Task and Professional Services Supply Arrangements (TSPS SA), PWGSC File No. E60ZN-15TSSB. All terms and conditions of the TSPS SA apply and must be incorporated into any resulting contract.

The requirement described herein is open only to PWGSC TSPS SA Suppliers listed below.

The Request for Proposal documents have been forwarded directly to each of the listed suppliers.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT

Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) requires a contractor to conduct a comprehensive review of its Veteran correspondence. The review will identify strengths, weaknesses, duplication or inefficiencies and recommend corrective action to improve the way the Department communicates to Veterans using a plain language, Veteran-centric approach.

The work is to start March 22, 2016 and all the work identified herein is to be completed on or before June 30, 2016. The Contractor is to determine the appropriate number of consultants required to meet this schedule.

A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory and financial evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
