This Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) is neither a Request for Proposal (RFP) nor a solicitation of bids or tenders and is intended only to pre-qualify suppliers. The objective of this pre-qualification phase is to qualify suppliers who have demonstrated and proven skills and experience in providing a fully-outsourced Information Technology Management (ITSM) solution.
