Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals: Standing Offer Agreement for Internal Audit and Evaluation Consultant Services, Ottawa (Ontario)

In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the services will be provided, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from consulting firms to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” internal audit and evaluation professional services.

Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposals. The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as technical and project management expertise. The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals is to select the proponent with the highest total score.

This opportunity follows procurement procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.

The SOA is for an estimated value of $80,000 per year, for a maximum period of five (5) years for a maximum period of five (5) years from the date of establishment and a maximum value of $400,000, whichever comes first.

If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to five (5) additional one (1) year periods and roughly $80,000 for each additional year. As a result of this, the maximum value of the SOA is $800,000.00 over a maximum of ten (10) years.
