This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following categories:

Six (6) Level 3 IM Architect (estimated level of effort: 360 days for all resources)

One (1) Level 1 IM Architect (estimated level of effort: 120 days)

Two (2) Level 2 IM Architect (estimated level of effort: 120 days for all resources)

Two (2) Level 1 Business Analysts (estimated level of effort: 240 days for all resources)

Five (5) Level 2 Business Analysts (estimated level of effort: 240 days for all resources)

Three (3) Level 3 Business Analysts (estimated level of effort: 240 days of all resources)

One (1) Level 2 Project Manager (estimated level of effort: 120 days)

Two (2) Level 3 Project Managers (estimated level of effort: 240 days for all resources)

Two (2) Level 1 Project Administrators (estimated level of effort: 120 days for all resources)

Description of Work:

The Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development (DIAND) is one of the federal government departments responsible for meeting the Government of Canada's legal obligations and commitments to Aboriginal people (First Nations, Inuit and Métis), and for fulfilling the federal government's constitutional responsibilities in the North. DIAND's activities and programs help fulfill these responsibilities.

The Contractor shall on an “as and as when” required basis, as outlined in any TA Form(s) issued by Canada, provide Project and Information Management services to the satisfaction of the DIAND Project Authority, which may include but are not limited to:

Information Management and related Business Analysis Services

1. Identifying information requiring capture within the departmental records documents and information management system (RDIMS) or an enterprise content management (ECM) system, including the new implementation of GCDocs;

Project Management Services

1. Managing and conducting large scale/complex information, records and electronic document management projects (for example only – the upgrade or replacement of a departmental information system, or similar undertaking that has a high budget, large number of resources involved and a complex timeline).

• Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories
• The work is currently being performed by IT/Net – Ottawa Inc. under contract (value $2,500,000.00)

Security Requirement: Common PS SRCL #06 applies
