CMHC wishes to enter into a contract for the purpose of providing property management services for six Corporate-Owned Real Estate (CORE) residential properties housing veterans, subsidized rent-geared-to-income (RGI) occupants, and others. The term of this contract is expected to be for 5 years. Submissions must be received at the exact location as specified in the RFP document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. EDT, on April 28, 2016.
