Description

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for a firm quantity 10,050 Epaulette, Rank (Woven Type) broken down as follows: 5300 pairs of Epaulette, Rank (Woven Type), Corporal; 3200 pairs of Epaulette, Rank (Woven Type), Sergeant; 1500 pairs of Epaulette, Rank (Woven Type), Staff Sergeant and 50 pairs of Epaulette, Rank (Woven Type), Staff Sergeant Major. This requirement includes two option periods of quantities up to 3,000 Epaulette, Rank (Woven Type) per option. Option 1 can be ordered within 24 months of contract award. Option 2 can be ordered within 36 months of contract award.

This requirement is to be supplied in accordance with RCMP Specification G.S. 1045-340 dated 2016-01-22, and viewing sample. Specification documents can be found attached to the Request for Proposal (RFP).

The RCMP Viewing Sample will only be available to bidders requested to submit a pre-contract award sample.

This requirement is subject to AIT.

This requirement is conditionally limited to Canadian goods (See AIT - Article 504, paragraph 6)

The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract (1 contract)

The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
