Description

Work of this contract comprises the interior alterations and exterior repairs to the two storey Blockhouse 3# located at Fort George National Historic Site of Canada at 51 Queens Parade, Niagara-on-the-Lake ON. This project is to address the building interior alterations as outlined in the designs and specification and will also include minor work to the exterior of the building. Work to include the removal of existing as outlined in the package and the installation of new electrical, mechanical and structural elements to create a new staff space to be used to support the sites heritage based programming.

Bid security is required.

Contractors must have $5,000,000.00 Liability Insurance Coverage and also a builder's Risk insurance.

There will be an optional site visit on April 20, 2016 at 13:00hrs. Interested bidders are to meet at:

Visitor Centre, Fort George National Historic Site

50 Queens Parade Niagara on the Lake, Ontario
