Description

Agriculture & Agri-Food Canada's (AAFC) Lethbridge Research and Development Centre requires Janitorial Services for their Main Facility and numerous outer buildings.

Request for Quotation (RFQ) Packages for bidding are available from natalie.oneill@agr.gc.ca or by calling (306) 523-6561. Packages will not be sent electronically.

BIDDERS ARE ADVISED TO REVIEW THE RFQ DOCUMENTS THOROUGHLY.

There will be a Mandatory Site Visit at the Lethbridge Research and Development Centre, 5403 – 1st Avenue South, Lethbridge, AB, at 10:30 am on May 17, 2016. Your submission will be considered non-compliant if you or a representative from your company does not attend the site visit.

Written questions will be received by AAFC @ natalie.oneill@agr.gc.ca until 12:00 p.m., local Regina time, May 25, 2016.

Sealed Submissions will be received by AAFC, 300 - 2010 -12th Avenue, REGINA SK S4P 0M3 until 2:00 p.m., local Regina time, June 8, 2016. Submissions will not be considered unless all mandatory requirements and forms are submitted as per the instructions contained in the RFQ.
