Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Requirement

This procurement is set aside for Aboriginal Business under the federal government’s Set-Aside Program for Aboriginal Business.

This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 2 for services in the National Capital Region for the following category(ies) for:

Stream 4: Busines Architect - Level 3

Stream 1: System Analyst – Level 3

Stream 5: Project Manager – Level 3

1 Business Architect will be evaluated at the RFP stage and are required for the bid evaluation.

The additional “as and when required” resources (1 Business Architect, level 3, 1-2 System Analysts, level 3, and 1 Project Manager, level 3) will NOT be evaluated as part of the bidding process, but will be evaluated at the stage of the Task Authorization (if the resources are requested).

Description of the requirement:

Transport Canada requires immediately the services for:

• 1 Business Architect – Level 3

Additionally and on an “as and when required” basis, Transport Canada may require the services for:

• 1 Business Architect – Level 3

• 1-2 System Analysts – Level 3
• 1 Project Manager – Level 3

Please note:

• Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories

Number of contracts: 1 Contract will be awarded

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed initial period of contract shall be from Contract Award to March 31, 2017 with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to 2 additional 12-month periods.

Security requirements: Common PS SRCL #6 applies
