Description

OBJECTIVE:

The Beaverlodge Research Farm requires a Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic to provide labour, parts and materials, tools and equipment, transportation and supervision for Refrigeration Services "as and when required".

SERVICES:

Service, repairs, installations/decommissioning and leak testing will be needed for Refrigeration Units, -20C walk in freezer’s, small Environmental Growth Cabinets and Central Air Conditioning Units, etc. The services required are detailed in the RFSO document, Appendix B.

Canada intends to complete the rating of submissions received and award a Standing Offer as soon as possible after bid closing.

The Initial Term of the Standing Offer will be for a one (1) year period with three (3) additional one (1) year option years.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:

Companies have the option to view the site prior to submitting a bid. There will be an Optional Site Visit on Wednesday, May 25 at 10:00 a.m. local standard time. See details within the RFSO.

*Firms intending to submit bids on this project should obtain bid documents through the GETS service provider at http://Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders . Firms that obtain bid documents from a source other than the official site run the risk of not receiving a complete package.
