In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the commissions will be managed, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish a Source List (SL) to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements at various locations across Canada.

The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) is to select one (1) firm for Sub-List A and two (2) firms for Sub-List B, who will be placed on a SL with DCC to provide services on an “as and when required” basis to a maximum estimated value of $800,000.00, for a period of two (2) years from the date of establishment, as follows:

• Sub-List A – Services required in French; and
• Sub-List B – Services required in English.

If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SL may be extended for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods and increased in the order of $400,000.00 at any time.

Commissions under the SL are expected to be valued between $5,000 and $15,000.

The SL is not a commitment by DCC to spend the entire amount.

Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP.

This opportunity follows procurement procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.
