Description of the Requirement:
a. This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS) the "Client" for Task and Solutions Based Professional Services (TSPS) under the TSPS Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply.
b. It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract fortwo (2) years.
