Description of Work:

Within the context of its IT Modernization Program, the Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO), a special operating agency of Industry Canada, requires the services of a Level 3 Change Management Consultant to advise, coordinate and assist with deliverables related to Realizing Program Benefits, Change Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement. (Suppliers listed in Annex A of this notice should hereby consider themselves invited to bid (there is no requirement for the suppliers listed in Annex A to further request to be added to the invited bidders list).

• Each bidder may only submit one (1) bid for one (1) resource.
