NATURE OF THE REQUIREMENT:
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police has a requirement for Repair and Maintenance inspection of five (5) Communication Towers; Maintenance Inspection of seven (7) Communication Towers and Removal of one (1) Communication Tower located in British Columbia.
Bidders must be able to provide the required services for all thirteen (13) sites as detailed in the Request for Proposal document (Annex A).
This requirement is open only to those invited Supply Arrangement Holders under supply arrangement 201304568/B/XX who have qualified under stream 2: Repair and Maintenance, Region of Qualification, Pacific.

SECURITY: There is no security provision associated with the requirement.
EVALUATION PROCEDURE: Bids will be assessed in accordance with the entire requirement of the bid solicitation.
BASIS OF SELECTION: To be declared responsive, a bid must comply with all the requirements of the bid solicitation. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price, will be recommended for contract award.
DEBRIEFINGS: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
PERIOD OF CONTRACT: Work must be completed by March 7, 2017
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
