The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to provide laboratory services to receive, handle, analyze, store and dispose of samples and report the results of the analysis on an as and when required basis.

The estimated value of this Standing Offer Agreement is $350,000 with a possible future contract change to increase the estimated value to $1,400,000.

Tenderers are advised that:

• bid and contract security is NOT required for this opportunity. Refer to the Standing Offer Agreement Documents (Form DCL330), paragraph 2.6.1, and
• it is anticipated 95% of the work will be from CFB Esquimalt, while the remaining 5% of the work will be split between CFB Comox and ASU Chilliwack.

  This opportunity follows procurement procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.
