This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following category
Up to four (4) Business Analyst- levels 3
The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal: All the qualified SA Holder has been invited.
Description of Work:
The Business Analyst group requires the professional services of up to four (4) Senior Business Analysts in support to managing varied IM/IT initiatives & projects, more specifically:
• Perform business analyst activities as requested by the Corporate Business Analyst group such as defining requirements on one or many initiatives/projects as the need arise and if priorities & capacity allows; and
• The Export and Import Control System II (EICS II) which is a replacement system for EICS and EXCOL, two mission critical computer systems required to support the implementation and management of the Department’s responsibilities under the Export and Import Permits Act (EIPA).
Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories
The work is currently being performed partially by CGI Information Systems and Management Consultants Inc. under contract (value $26,850,758.23, which includes several other services) and it is performed also by Messa Computing Inc.. under contract (value of $275,400.00)
