Nature of Requirements:

The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.

The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) Health Services require the services of a psychiatrist specialized in the evaluation of needs, the application and the follow-up of pharmacological treatment for sex offenders (including hormonotherapy).

Objectives: Provide, as a psychiatrist, assessment of pharmacological needs, pharmacological treatment, and follow-up on those services for released sex offender in the community, under the responsibility of the Montreal Metropolitan District.

Services will be provided at CMHU Martineau, located at 10345, boul. Saint-Laurent, Montreal (QC), H3L 2P1.

Deliverables: The Contractor has to document individual progress notes (CSC 0056 form) which are added to the Health care file of the CSC (file available at CMHU Martineau), and in the electronic file OSCAR according to the implantation plan of this platform;

At the request of the Project authority, the Contractor will write a final report for complex cases, following psychiatric discharge;
