NDT Online Certification Examination Service

By means of the RFP, NRCan is seeking proposals from Bidders that will be responsible for implementing and maintaining an online candidate management service and providing exam proctoring services.

2.1 Security Requirement

2.2 Applicable Trade Agreements

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Chile Trade Agreement, the Canada-Colombia Trade Agreement, the Canada-Panama Trade Agreement, and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
