Scope of Work: FCC is seeking to engage a vendor with expertise and ability in the design, production, management and maintenance of large, corporate trade show booths. The scope of work of this RFP includes two primary elements, which the successful vendor will be expected to provide:

• the production of two new 20’ x 20’ trade show booths
• on-going booth management services, which will include the logistics, set-up and tear-down of trade show booths at each event FCC attends, as well as general storage and maintenance of FCC’s booths between events.

FCC deploys its booths at approximately fifteen Agricultural Trade Shows each year, which are in different locations across Canada. As such, the successful vendor will be expected to have the capacity to provide booth management services on a national basis.

• RFP issue date: September 21, 2016
• Vendor questions accepted until: September 30, 2016 at 12:00 PM (Noon), CST
• Responses to questions provided by: October 7^th, 2016 at 5:00 PM, CST
• RFP closing date and time: October 17th, 2016 at 12:00 PM (Noon), CST
