Description
Work involves the overhaul and rebuild of two existing chillers, upgrade of existing control system and integration into existing building automation system. Optional work involves the bypassing of existing heat recovery heat exchanger, and installation of adaptive frequency drives along with associated control and electrical work on both chillers.
Site Visit:
A site visit will be held on Thursday, October 6, 2016 at 11:00AM at London Research and Development Centre 1391 Sandford StreetLondon, Ontario N5V 4T3. Offerors who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation and will be posted on buyandsell.gc.ca.
AAFC will not necessarily accept the lowest or any tender.
Information requests and inquiries related to this tender process are to be directed, in writing, ONLY to the AAFC Contract Officer identified below. Bidders who contact anyone other than the AAFC Contract Officer to obtain such information during the solicitation period may, for that reason alone, be disqualified.
