Description
Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) requires a qualified proponent to provide regular landscape maintenance services on Granville Island.
The successful proponent will continuously maintain all aspects of the landscape for the duration of the contract, including but not limited to the following: maintenance and repair of all lawn areas, shrub and flower beds, trees, foliage washing, planter barrels, hanging baskets, and ponds such that the plants are healthy and thriving, the site is weed free, clean and has a high visual quality enhancing the appearance of Granville Island.
A mandatory site visit will be held on November 1, 2016.
The term of the resulting contract is expected to be for a period of 3 years. The total value of this contract is expected to be $488,250.00 including all applicable taxes.
Submissions must be received at the exact location as specified in the RFP document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. EST, on November 16, 2016.
This service is an essential part of Granville Island’s ongoing operational maintenance. The estimated cost for this ongoing service is part of the approved operational budget.
