Video Conferencing Procurement Vehicle (VCPV) - Industry Engagement Day (November 9, 2016) (VCPV Industry Engagement Day)

Shared Services Canada (SSC) will hold an Industry Engagement Day Webcast on November 9, 2016 (via the government teleconferencing service) to:

a) SSC is engaging with vendors to solicit their feedback;

b) Share Network and End User Branch's (NEUB) plans and engage with industry/suppliers/vendors regarding the strategy for the Video Conferencing Procurement Vehicle (VCPV);

c) Explain the proposed "Collaborative Procurement Process" approach; and

d) Solicit written feedback from industry/suppliers/vendors based on these presentations.

VCPV will establish a new procurement vehicle for videoconferencing (VC) products and solutions that will be flexible enough to support national locations for SSC clients.

Registration will be via the attached registration form. This form must be completed and returned to the Contracting Officer identified herein by November 7, 2016.
