This Request for Proposal is only for pre-qualified Suppliers for Stream 1: Internal Audit against Professional Audit Support Services (PASS) Supply Arrangement (SA) E60ZQ-140002.

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT

The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement under Stream 1, Internal Audit services, for Foreign Military Training Billing Audits.

DURATION OF CONTRACT

The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to 31 March 2018, with an irrevocable option for three (3) additional one-year option periods.

EVALUATION PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY

To be declared responsive, a bid must (a) comply with all the requirements of the bid solicitation and (b) meet all mandatory criteria. Bids not meeting (a) or (b) will be declared non-responsive.

The selection will be based on the lowest evaluated price.
