TASK Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement
This requirement is for: Canada School of Public Service (CSPS)
This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZN-15TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following category:
1.7 Leadership Development Consultant - Senior Level

Description of the Requirement
The Canada School of Public Service (CSPS) is seeking the services of (two) senior leadership development consultants in support of the Executive Leadership Development Programs (ELDP) and other leadership development programs.
Two separate consultants are required because of the requirement to facilitate action learning groups for a number of small groups under the Executive Leadership Development Programs.
Level of Security Requirement
Security Requirement: Common PS SRCL #6 applies
Company Minimum Security Level Required: Designated Organization Screening (DOS) – Reliability
Resource Minimum Security Level Required: Enhanced Reliability
Applicable Trade Agreements
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA), the Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA), and the Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement.
Proposed period of contract
One (1) contract will be awarded from date of contract award to March 31, 2018 with an irrevocable options to extend it up to two (2) additional one-year period.
