DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT
The objective of this requirement is to assess the Grants and Contribution Delivery System (GCDS), focusing on the areas of highest risk and of continuing/anticipated relevance that would add the greatest value for the department. The audit objective is to be developed and finalized as part of the planning process of the audit.

EVALUATION PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY
