PSPC has a requirement for immediate deployment of a single mature Software Asset Management (SAM) Software solution that satisfies PSPC’s operations and business service management requirements as described in the Contract.
The Contractor must deliver the SAM Software Solution and provide ongoing support to PSPC. The SAM Solution must include a fully-configured set of SAM processes (discovery, Inventory, normalization, reconciliation, optimization and sharing) that meet the PSPC organization, process, and information requirements described in the contract.
This bid solicitation is being issued by SSC. The resulting contract will be used by PSPC. It is intended to result in the award of a contract for 3 year, plus 8 one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract. This bid solicitation does not preclude Canada from using another method of supply for entities of the Government of Canada with the same or similar needs.
