Summary:

The Canada School of Public Service is seeking the services of three (3) Senior Training Facilitators in support learning activities under the Executive Leadership Development Program (ELDP). The training facilitators will also be asked to facilitate at key events on various topics aimed at the senior executive level as well as other levels under other leadership programs at the School.

The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource.

Level of Security Requirement:

Security Requirement: Common PS SRCL #6 applies

Company Minimum Security Level Required: Designated Organization Screening (DOS) – Reliability

Resource Minimum Security Level Required: Enhanced Reliability

Applicable Trade Agreements:

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA), the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement, and the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement.

 Proposed period of contract:

One (1) contract will be awarded for a period of one (1) year with an irrevocable option to extend it for two (2) additional one-year periods.
