The department of Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) has a requirement for a 2 year Preventive maintenance Contract for a SCIEX HPLC-3200 QTRAP equipment that is used in support of research that focuses on the environmental impact of the oil sands industry.
As an instrument service provider, Sciex (vendor) will perform the following:

- Diagnosis of instrument problem(s)
- Identification of the malfunctioning part(s)
- Fix or replace the malfunctioning part(s) according to defined maintenance procedures
- Check and ensure that the instrument is fully operational
- Perform preventative maintenance service on the system (HPLC-3200 QTRAP).
