Description of Work:

The Courts Administration Service (CAS), IM/IT requires Professional Services expertise in the domain of Video-Conferencing to manage all Video-conferencing (VC) bookings, maintain the new VC portal, troubleshoot VC potential issues and provide on-site expertise.

• Bidders may submit a bid for one or all resource categories.

• Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories

• The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource

• The work is currently being performed by Turtle Island Staffing Inc. under contract (value $ 91,069.20)

Security Requirement: Common PS SRCL #19 applies
