Description of the Requirement:

As a result of a fire at the Louis St-Laurent Building on April 21, 2016, Major Real Estate Development has a requirement for a Real Property Project Manager. The directorate is responsible of the insurance management (deal with the insurance request, next steps to repair the building and the claims). Such additional work cannot be completed by existing and very limited resources available within the Directorate.

This resource will provide support to the Complex Transactions group under the director to address the increased work volume, the ongoing accumulation and backlog of files, as well as other tasks and requests within the Directorate.

Proposed period of contract:

Estimated Level of Effort:
