Description of the Requirement:
The Department of Justice Canada (JUS) has a requirement for document research, analysis and data management services in relation to document production obligations under the rules of court.
The requirement includes accessing archival repositories of physical and electronic information, analyzing the information to determine relevance to legal issues identified and producing an electronic dataset of results to JUS.
The volumes of potential material to be accessed are significant and the timeframe to accomplish the work is restricted subject to our obligations under the rules of court.
