Description of Requirement:

The objective of this project is to review, investigate and report on the current organizational structure of CMSS’s real property processes in the national context of applying the framework and identify and rank any strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (categorized and ranked as either positive or negative gaps) within the governance model and application of deliverables that exist or are perceived to exist.
