PRINTING OF MAPS, OTTAWA, ON

The National Capital Commission (NCC) requires the services of printing company for the printing (four-colour process) and delivery of 74,500 copies of the Ottawa-Gatineau Cycling Map 2017. All locations will require a tail-gate delivery.

Tenders must be forwarded to the attention of Nathalie Rheault, Sr. Contract Officer, Procurement Services, National Capital Commission, 40 Elgin Street, 2nd floor Security Centre, Ottawa, ON, K1P 1C7. Exceptionally, tenders can be faxed at 613-239-5012 only.

Deadline for receipt of tenders is March 24, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. Ottawa time. Late bids will not be accepted. 

All enquiries and other communications related to this tender sent throughout the solicitation period are to be directed ONLY to the Sr. Contract Officer named above. Non-compliance with this requirement during the solicitation period can, for that reason alone, result in disqualification of a tender.

There will be no public opening for this tender.

The procurement process of this tender is subject to Chapter 5 of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
