DCC# RE1504C-64523 RFAP – Source List for Real Property Strategic and Analytical Service, Various Locations across Canada.

Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish a Source List to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements in various locations in Canada.

The objective of this RFAP is to select (3) firms, who will be placed on a Source List (SL) with DCC to provide services on an “as and when required” basis to a maximum estimated value of $10,000,000.00, for a period of two (2) years from the date of establishment.

If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SL may be extended for up to three (3) additional one-year periods and increased in the order of $5,000,000.00 three times, for a total of maximum duration of 5 years and a total maximum value of $25,000,000.00 whichever comes first.

Commissions under the SL are expected to be valued between $20,000.00 and $500,000.00; the maximum value of a commission is $1,000.000.00.

The SL is not a commitment by DCC to spend the entire or any amount.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP document. The technical criteria relate to achievements and experience, technical and managerial expertise.
This opportunity follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.
