Description
In order to assist Elections Canada (EC) in refining its requirements, EC is seeking feedback from suppliers regarding its requirement for Voting Services Modernization / Polling Place Process Enhancement.
The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to provide additional information regarding business and technical requirements that will be reflected in more detail in a Request for Proposal (RFP) that Elections Canada anticipates issuing in May 2017. This notice is comprised mainly of the draft Statement of Work (SOW) for that upcoming RFP, and includes details that are available and relevant for release at this juncture.
An original RFI related to this requirement with a limited scope of “Voter List and Electronic Poll Book Management”, Elections Canada File No.: ECRS-RFI-16-0167 was issued to suppliers on August 11, 2016. Subsequently, under the same file number, a related advanced Notice of Proposed Procurement (ANPP) entitled Elections Canada; Voting Services Modernization/Polling Place Process Enhancement was issued to suppliers on March 2, 2017.
Prior to the issuance of the RFP, Elections Canada will consider comments and feedback from suppliers and potential bidders that are put forth in response to this RFI.
