This RFP is only for pre-qualified Suppliers for Stream 5: External Audit Services of the Professional Audit Support Services (PASS) Supply Arrangement (E60ZQ-140002)

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:

The objective of the work is to obtain detailed information regarding the:

• Statistics of compliance and of non-compliance with the Hazardous Products Act (HPA) and the Hazardous Products Regulations (HPR) of the suppliers of hazardous products in the Canadian marketplace with a focus on requirements related to labels and safety data sheets (SDSs); and
• Contact information of Canadian suppliers of hazardous products per address.

DURATION OF THE CONTRACT

The services of the contractor will be required from Contract award date until March 29, 2018.

EVALUATION PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY

Highest Combined Rating of Technical Merit (70%) and Price (30%)

 To be declared responsive, a bid must:

1. comply with all the requirements of the bid solicitation;

2. meet all the mandatory evaluation criteria; and

3. obtain the required minimum number of points specified in the point rated technical criteria.

1. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS

The Contractor must have a Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canada Industrial Security Directorate (CISD) at Public Service and Procurement Canada (PSPC) and the Contractor personnel requiring access to sensitive work sites must EACH hold a valid Reliability Status granted by CISD/PSPC.
