Description of the Requirement:
Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) requires a consultant to develop the ESDC Departmental Security Plan (DSP), as mandated by the Treasury Board of Canada (TB) Policy on Government Security (PGS), to meet related policy requirements and departmental needs.
