Tendering procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid.

Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest priced compliant bid.

Set-aside under the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business: This procurement is not subject to any set-asides for Aboriginal Suppliers.

Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement.

Security Requirements: This contract does not include security requirements.

Nature of Requirements: The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.

Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) is looking for a contractor to provide, as and when required: skilled labor, tools and, when required by the CSC representative, provision of materials for ventilation systems cleaning.

Period of Standing Offer:

Cowansville Institution: from the award until January 31^st, 2020. This Standing Offer is from two (2) years and five (5) months firm, with the possibility three (3) periods supplementary for one (1) year period.

Drummond Institution: from February 1^st until January 31^st, 2020. This Standing Offer is from two (2) years firm, with the possibility three (3) periods supplementary for one (1) year period.

More than one Standing Offer may be granted for the ventilation system cleaning. The Contractor may bid for one (1) institution or both of them depending on his ability to serve in the designated areas.

The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
