The National Capital Commission has a requirement to maintain and service nine (9) vertical transportation devices beginning August 1, 2017 and ending July 31, 2022.
Vertical Transportation Preventative Maintenance
The Contractor shall supply, for the term of this agreement, all the labour including overtime, parts, equipment and tools and furnish all other services and expenses necessary to carry out the maintenance of all elevating devices
DURATION OF WORK : The Contractor shall perform and substantially complete the Work starting August 1, 2017 and ending July 31, 2022 (5 years)
TENDER CLOSING DATE AND TIME: July 20, 2017 at 3:00pm Ottawa time (addendum 3)
SITE VISIT : A NON MANDATORY site visit will take place on July 7, 2017 at 9:00am Ottawa time. (ADDENDUM 1)
PUBLIC TENDERING OPENING: A public tender opening will be held on July 18, 2017 at 3:00pm Ottawa Time at 40 Elgin Street, Ottawa, ON at the Security Office on the 2nd Floor
