    REQUIREMENT

    RCMP D Div. Asset Management requires a service contract that will furnish all necessary labour, supervision, transportation, material, tools and equipment to provide inspection, treatment performance and preventative maintenance services for both the water treatment / pump house and sewage treatment plant, in accordance with Annex A – Scope of Work, for the RCMP in Little Grand Rapids, MB.

    TERM OF CONTRACT: The period of the Contract is from date of award for a twenty – four (24) month period and an irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods under the same terms and conditions.

    The RCMP is looking to establish one contract as defined in Annex “A” Statement of Work in the Invitation to Tender.

    Site Visit: Arrangements have been made for a tour of the work sites. All vendors are requested to meet at the front entrance of the Little Grand Rapids RCMP Detachment, located at 7 RCMP Lane, Little Grand Rapids, MB, on Friday, July 21st, 2017. Contact the Detachment, at 204-397-2249, to further details on how to get into the community.

    INQUIRIES: All enquiries of a technical nature and all questions of a contractual nature, are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority: Sandra E. Robinson, by email at: sandra.robinson@rcmp-grc.gc.ca .

    All enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority no later than five (5) calendar days before the bid closing date. Enquiries received after that time may not be answered.
