Statistics Canada has been conducting the Canadian Health Measures Survey (CHMS) across Canada since 2007. As part of the CHMS, three trailers are parked at each site for a given period of time. During this time a forth trailer is required to be supplied by an outside contractor, to be used as a staff trailer. The CHMS requires one trailer to be supplied at each site location to be used as a staff trailer for the CHMS staff and the site manager.
